How can I secure my date?
To secure your date, we require a 30% deposit.
I am nervous in front of cameras. How can you help me relax?
Absolutely, it’s totally normal to feel nervous in front of cameras. Many of our previous customers have felt the same way. But don’t worry, our photographers and videographers are here to help. They’ll guide you through poses and make you feel at ease. Plus, they’re super friendly and easy to work with!
What happens if our wedding videographer/photographer is sick on the day?
No worries! We’ve got it covered. We have three teams of photographers and three teams of videographers, ensuring there’s always a backup available to capture your special day if someone falls ill.
Can I make any changes?
Absolutely, we’re delighted to provide two times for photo or video adjustments.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time for photos is around 4 weeks following your pre-wedding or wedding date. For videos, you can expect them to be ready in about 8 weeks.
Can I choose music?
Certainly! Feel free to share your favorite music with us, and we’ll tailor the video editing to match the vibe of your chosen tunes.
How do I get photos and videos?
You’ll receive high-quality photos via Google Drive for easy downloading. Additionally, there’s a convenient pass gallery link included for effortless sharing with friends and relatives. Videos will be sent through Dropbox
Can I request a shot I saw on Instagram?
Absolutely! We’d love to bring your Instagram inspiration to life. Simply share your favorite picture or style with us, and we’ll do our best to recreate something similar for you.Will the photos have watermarks?
Do you shoot traditional weddings
Yes, we specialize in various traditional wedding ceremonies, including the tea ceremony, Pyebaek, Khmer weddings, etc.
How many weddings have you shot?
Over the past five years, we have captured approximately 500 weddings.
Do you travel?
Yes, we travel to every state in the US for both pre-wedding and wedding shoots. Additionally, we offer our services outside of the US, although availability depends on our schedule. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss further details.
